Ellie has been growing her hair out since she was born, for the most part. She’s had some trims, but she’s let it grow. The curls in her hair made it look much shorter than it is. Well, this past weekend, she decided to donate her hair to Locks of Love. LoL is an organization that provides hairpieces to poor kids who suffer long-term medical hair loss (e.g., alopecia areata). They needed 10″ of hair so that they could make the wigs that they make. Obviously, this gave Ellie a whole new look . . . and she’s loving it (click an image below to see a larger version)!
